- Prices are subject to change without notice,
as material and manufacturing are beyond our control, but we will
try to keep them low.
- Payments will be processed once order forms
have been received.
- Payment methods at the moment are:- MasterCard,
Visa, Personal cheque, Business cheque, Bank cheque or money-order.
- We are now using online credit card transaction
software, with a secure SSL server.
- There is a 14 day money back guarantee on
faulty workmanship.
- Payments must be accompanied with an order
form, either delivered to you, downloaded from this web site,
emailed to you, or details obtained from you via email or phone
contact, otherwise the order will be canceled.
- We can not accept responsibility for damaged,
stolen or lost goods.
** NB ** Navy & Black scrubs come in 2 fabric choices. When
ordering, specify fabric; otherwise the cotton/poly fabric will
be sent.
Exchange and Refund
Policy.
- We are happy to exchange any garment within
7 - 14 days of purchase / delivery.
- The garments must not have been washed or
worn in order to validate this policy.
- Please return the garment/s with a prepaid
postage bag, so that a replacement can be sent out as soon as
the returned garment/s are received by us.
- Embroidery items can not be exchanged. However
if ordered we will verify with you via email, or a phone call
to verify your ordered embroidery requirements.
- If there is a discrepancy in the uniform,
we are happy to discuss further options, provided the garment
has not been washed or worn.
